Returns and Exchanges
We love our products! We hope you do too. We want you to be fully satisfied with every Light-Life® Tool you buy from IX-EL, Inc. Please note that the Light-Life® Tools are experiential in nature and each person may experience them differently.
How long can I evaluate my purchase?
We understand that it sometimes takes a customer a few weeks to get acquainted with their new Light-Life® Tools; therefore, we offer a generous return policy. Returns made within 30 days of receipt are exchanged or fully refunded (less original shipping fee), no questions asked! The item has to be in resalable condition and well packaged so that it does not get damaged in return shipping. All Harmonizers, pendants, and other jewelry, regardless of return date, will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Items returned after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee for cleaning, repair, and re-plating. A customer returning an item after 30 days will receive store credit only minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fee will not be credited or refunded, and no cash refunds will be given. Before returning an item, a customer must contact our customer service department at 877-239-2011 to get a return authorization.
Are any of IX-EL’s products non-returnable?
A fair and honest Return Policy ensures that customers feel comfortable with their purchases and with us. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure that all products that can be safely returned will be returnable. However, it is important to note that not all products are returnable. Given the hygienic nature of our Nano products, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable. All of our custom made items and media products are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
How do you give me my refund?
Customers returning an item within 30 days may specify their desired method of refund: check, credit card, or store credit. For products with defects, please return the item at your own expense. We will reimburse you for shipping, or issue credit on your next order. We will, of course, pay the shipping to return the new item to you.
Who pays return shipping?
Within the U.S., return goods prepaid via the U.S. Postal Service. Insuring your return will allow you to track your parcel. Outside the U.S., ship goods prepaid by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods Returning” on the outside of the package. Please note: We will not accept COD packages.
