I'm 66 years young and am using the nose mask; mine must be an earlier version as it only has 4 ribs. I picked it up at one of Slim's workshops I had the privilege of attending. For a number of years now I have experienced a tightness / heaviness in my upper chest / lungs while both walking fast and sleeping. Using this every night as allowed this pain to almost diminish entirely. Yesterday I had my 16 year old grand-daughter use the mask as she had a sinus infection. After school she was able to wear it at Grannie's house for several hours and found considerable relief. I believe we no longer have a young skeptic.
I plan to order a couple more of these new versions, ie with 6 ribs to lend to other family members. NAMASTE

I am really keen on trying the products. I already tried the nose mask and it really works - I seem to breathe easier at night and snore less. Now my husband can sleep better without interruption!!!
