Eye Mask, Silver Plated

Over the course of my life, I have had many headaches that come on with immediate and severe pain. Luckily, they only last a few minutes before receding again, so I have just come to accept them as a matter of course. Recently, I was conversing with a co-worker when one of those headaches struck. I stopped speaking in mid-sentence and inhaled sharply through my teeth while pressing a palm to my temple. She asked what was wrong, of course, and I explained about my headaches and how I would probably be fine in a few minutes. 'Here, hold these up to your eyes,' she told me, and handed me a pair of eye masks. I did so, and all traces of the pain instantly vanished. Wow! I think I just might want to keep a pair of these things close at hand from now on.
